Return Policy
Return period
You may return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, returned in the original packaging, including labels, accessories, and any manuals.
Exclusions from returns
Not all items are eligible for return. Returns are excluded for, among others:
- Products that are custom-made or personalized for you
- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken
Return procedure
Would you like to return a product? Please follow the steps below:
- Register your return by contacting our customer service at info@tivvobottles.com or via the contact form on the website.
- After approval, you will receive further return instructions. Return shipments should be sent to our return address in the Netherlands.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
- Please package the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will be notified by email. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take slightly longer or shorter to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service and clearly state which product you wish to receive. Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same procedure as returns.
Damaged or defective products
If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photos so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to process the cancellation, but this cannot be guaranteed once the order is already being processed. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it after receipt in accordance with our return policy.
